Members of the Senate, like members of parliament in many countries, may engage in various extracurricular activities or community involvement outside their legislative roles. Sen Okenyuri is an active sportsperson and is part of the Senate's Athletics and Soccer teams
Out of Senate
Sen Okenyuri is a longterm Manchester United supporter a team she started supported back in her teen years. Locally she supports Shabana FC and Gusii FC.
